Cellulite Cream FAQ :
Do jump ropes for 15 minutes, twice a day. I’ll take a shower after, then apply the Nivea anti-cellulite cream. I’ll also reduce my food intake.
What do you guys think? Is there anything I should add or change?

for more exercises- running, squats, leg press, lots of walking.
also you have to drink lots& lots of water so that it will increase circulation in your legs.
I’ve heard of an at home remedy when you mix coffee grounds and olive oil, then apply to your legs where there is cellulite. then wrap the spots in ceran (sp?) wrap and leave on over night. [its kind of messy] then in the morning, take a shower and wash it off; it should reduce the appearance of it.
also, stay away from drinking soda or anything with a lot of sugar. a lot of breads in your diet can also make the appearance of cellulite more visible.
