Cellulite Cream FAQ :


I had never had cellulite, and about two months ago I noticed some on my right glute and inner thighs. What are the best exercises or creams or diets that can help? Or should I just save up for endermologie?

before you go to bed clench your but musscles really tightly do this every day for like 10 secs?

and excersize, running or jogging and out some cream that will tighten your skin
theres this product that looks like mud which apperently works

exercise is the best and cheapest (free) way to lose cellulite. Those creams and pills are bogus and are completely ineffective. Its just a scam to make money fast.

exercise do those thigh squats,stairs etc also rollerblading those will tone them as far as creams etc nivea makes one that seems to do the trick and it’s pretty cheap also invest in one of those massage tools with the wooden knobs because it will help restore circulation but you have to rub the cream in with the tool for awhile 10-15 minutes til the area’s red and do it every night just get the circulation flowing and you should see a difference in a couple weeks (2-4)

Well, unfortunately, creams don’t work. At all.

If you never had cellulite before and now you’re getting it, it’s probably a result of age and slowing of your metabolism. I’m getting the same thing. The best way to prevent more from coming, is to lower your daily calorie intake and to just be more physical. You don’t need a specific diet or workout, just take whatever you normally do, up a notch. That’s all.

it can lead to obesity so cure it before it get worse

dont use any anticellulite creams they may effect u in the long run.even diets are not good for health so it is not recommended.yeh u can try some effective exercises or yoga asanas to get rid of cellulite but spot reduction is not possible.so u need to reduce the overall body weight.you can trikonasana and legraises variations to reduce thigh fat

finally i would like to say apart from these exercises try some herbal remedies which are proved to be effective in weight reduction

deep stretching .
instead of normal streatches where you hold it for 10 seconds hold the stretch for 2 minutes and then stretch even further until you can feel it .

You have to:
- avoid fast food and sodas
- massage your problem areas
- scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
- use a contrast shower
- go for some body wrapping procedures.

Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.
