i would like to know if u use this cream if it will make ur bum and thighs smaller? how does it actually work?

it tightens the skin…so wouldnt that make my thighs and bum smaller?
i am asking because i do not want it smaller… i want it the same exact size…but without all the cellulite…i am also eating better and working out more.
