it tightens the skin…so wouldnt that make my thighs and bum smaller?

it works pretty well if you get the pills and patches.
results come in like, 3 to 4 weeks (i know this because my mom uses it).
It wont make u skinny, but it makes the skin tight so you dont get fat dimples and stuff, and it smooths all that stuff out.

Nivea did not work for me. But you should know that there are no such creams that do miracles. You have to work on your cellulite to make it disappear.
You have to:
- avoid fast food and sodas
- massage your problem areas
- scrub your problem areas
- use a contrast shower
- Go for some body wrapping procedures.
Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.
