Cellulite Cream FAQ :

I’m not fat, but I have some spots of cellulite on the back of my thighs and ****. It’s so gross and embarrassing. I’ve been trying to tone those areas, but am I just wasting my time or will that help? Do any of those cellulite creams really work?

The only cream I’ve had success with is Nivea Good-Bye Cellulite Cream. It won’t get rid of everything, but it will help certain areas stay tight. It works by converting fatty components to energy with L-Carnitine.

In addition, skin brushing can be helpful. Brush your skin with a soft brush in the morning to stimulate blood & lymph flow. Also, do not wear underwear that are overly restrictive, as this can inhibit blood flow. Finally, finishing off your shower with some cold water can be helpful, as it can increase blood flow and tone skin.

to remove cellulite from your thighs and glutes (butt) you have to do three things. firstly change you diet your diet you need to remove as much saturated fat as possible and to eat foods that are free of toxins. because foods that are high in saturated fats and toxins cause the fats cells in the cellulite area to become enlarged and group together creating dimples (cellulite) on the skins surface. the alterations of your diet don’t need to be great it’s easy to some up you just need to eat healthier more fruit and foods that are associated with detoxing

secondly you need to exercise, both cardiovascular and anareaobic exercises. but specifically you want to perform exercises that are going to help your specific area such as lunges, running and even walking the dog can help

to get the best results you need to get a cellulite cream because the cellulite has damaged the your skins connective tissues and skins cell structure you need to rejuvenate your skin help repair the damage, you need to strengthen these cells as there is no point in doing this work if the skins tissue will never have the strength to bring back the skins smoothness and firmness. the best cream that i have seen is from it’s good stuff, 100% natural ingredients, no prescription needed, 100% safe and they have a reputable name and brand

good luck

My wife uses the Body Shaper Kit. Seems to work great for her :-)

Hi,
you have to:
- avoid fast food and sodas
- massage your problem areas
- scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
- use a contrast shower
- Go for some body wrapping procedures.

Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

Visit for more tips.
